Many of us spend a lot of time working at our computers. In fact- aren’t you looking at one right now? So why not let the computer do some work for you? There are lots of great websites out there that can save you money. Here are a few to check out.

1. www.CellForCash.com. You upgraded your phone and now your old one is just sitting there. Why not turn it into some cash by selling your cell? Visit www.CellForCash.com and see how much yours is worth. Type in the manufacturer and the model number, then Cell For Cash tells you how much they’ll give you for it. It may only be a few bucks, but it’s better to have some cash in your wallet than a cell phone collecting dust.

2. www.PriceGrabber.com. Price Grabber is a comparison shopping website. Use sites like PriceGrabber.com or BizRate.com to see who is offering what you want at the best price. Smart shoppers also hunt down deals. Before you click “purchase,” Google the words “coupon code” along with the website or product you want. You might be surprised how easy it is to save a few bucks through this quick search.

3. www.CouponMom.com. There is strategy involved when it comes to the world of coupon-cutting. CouponMom.com helps you become a master at saving money. Check back weekly for a list of what’s on sale at big name stores. CouponMom.com will even tell you what you can get for free.

4. www.Woot.com. Each day Woot.com features one bargain- that’s it. But that bargain can be a really good one. Just be careful you don’t buy something you don’t need.

5. www.freecycle.org. This site allows members to list items they don’t want anymore and snag things they do need. It’s all free. The Freecycle Network is made up of 4,331 groups with 4,852,000 members across the globe. It’s a non-profit organization that’s mission is to keep things out of the landfill.

6. www.ebates.com. Just by signing up for an Ebates account you’ll get a $10 gift card to either Target, Sephora, or iTunes. Then once you start using the site you’ll get money back on online purchases you make. For example, shop at Target.com and you’ll receive 4% cash back on whatever you buy. The site lists online deals, too, making it easy to find the best bargains.
