How to Get Free Samples

by Nathan on June 21, 2008

Sales are super and discounts are delightful, but freebies are fantastic! Just this week I received a free stick of deodorant, a free sample of Dunkin Donuts coffee, a coupon for free yogurt and a coupon for a free box of cereal. Here are a few of the places to visit regularly in order to snag the best free samples.

Walmart.com

For a regularly updated list of free samples check out Walmart.com (http://instoresnow.walmart.com/In-Stores-Now-Free-Samples-And-Trials.aspx). Here you will find samples for everything from dog treats to cereal. Visit often because the site is updated regularly.

 EverSave.com

EverSave.com (www.eversave.com/) is a great place to print coupons and find free samples. Most of these involve groceries and food products.

 CouponMom.com

CouponMom.com is a great source for deals. You’ll find coupons, discounts and of course, free samples here. (http://couponmom.com/index.php?PHPSESSID=6g68u9l4sismts05e9brtilq77&cid=11) You’ll have to weed through some sales pitches, but most of the time it pays off.

 Walgreens.com

Every month Walgreens puts out the EasySaver catalog. You can find it in the store and online here.  (http://www.walgreens.com/store/rebateclub.jsp) The EasySaver catalog includes coupons and rebates. Each month, several of the items listed in here are absolutely free after the rebate. That means you’ll have to pay for the product up front, fill out a short form and submit it in order to get your money back. To get your money back faster, have it put on a Walgreens gift card. That way, next time you won’t have to pay cash for the items you buy. It’s a great cycle of getting things for free!
